Dune Tour Guide

We're looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Tour Guide to join our team at Silver Lake Sand Dunes. This is not your typical "stand and talk" tour job — you'll be leading guests through an unforgettable off-road experience while also playing a key role in daily operations. If you enjoy being outdoors, working with people, and staying busy, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead guided off-road tours through Silver Lake Sand Dunes Drive guests during tours when needed, including operating vehicles with passengers onboard Assist rental customers who may be stuck, lost, or need help navigating the dunes Provide safety guidance and driving tips to improve guest experience Deliver top-notch, friendly customer service at all times Help clean and maintain vehicles (washing, basic upkeep) Assist with general facility upkeep, including restrooms and common areas Jump in wherever needed during downtime — team-first mentality is a must

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of Silver Lake Sand Dunes and off-roading (REQUIRED) Comfortable driving in sand and confident operating off-road vehicles with passengers Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills Ability to stay calm and helpful in high-pressure or unpredictable situations Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, hardworking, and willing to do a variety of tasks Valid chauffer's driver's license (required)

Schedule & Expectations:

Seasonal position (spring through fall) 40-50 hours per week expected Weekend and holiday availability required Why This Job is

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
