Dunkin Restaurant Manager- Berlin New Hampshire

What You'll Do:

Lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations , ensuring top-tier customer service , food quality, and cleanliness Manage crew members , and team members , including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance coaching, Own profit & loss (P&L) responsibility—driving sales, controlling labor and inventory costs Operate and optimize POS management systems and cash handling procedures Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain efficient stock levels Ensure compliance with food safety , sanitation, and safety standards Handle guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and foster guest loyalty Support marketing initiatives, local promotions, and community engagement event What We're Looking For; Minimum 2 years of management experience in fast‑casual, quick‑serve environment Proven leadership with full P&L accountability and people‑management skills Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written Strong team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results Proficient with POS systems , inventory control , and health code compliance Flexible availability—willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $60,000-$70,000/yr + potential bonus (based on experience) Discretionary bonus & profit‑sharing plans
