Job Description

Developmental Services Program Team Leader The heart of our organization is the incredible team of Community Integrators we have working daily with our clients. As a Northern Human Services Program Team Leader, you get to not only engage personally with individuals and community resources but supervise a hardworking and compassionate team of staff committed to the success of the individuals within our communities who are living and navigating life with intellectual disabilities. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you collaborate with a support team to create, schedule and provide quality, individualized services to individuals, as well as hire and supervise your staff of Community Integrators who work daily with our individuals to implement their plans. This is an ideal job for a highly organized leader who enjoys a varied role and plenty of interaction with many different people throughout the day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures staff are aware of and act in compliance with the standards, regulations and guidelines of the Agency, State of NH, federal government, accrediting bodies and funding sources
  • Attend team meetings
  • Hire, trains and supervises staff; evaluates staff performance
  • Monitor and evaluate services to ensure compliance with Individual Service Agreements
  • Communicate with others as needed for informational and coordination purposes
  • Schedules and supervises services within the community
  • Maintain positive working relationships with other service providers and community resources
  • Promote problem resolution and self-management strategies to staff and individuals served
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ability to multi-task, flexible, well organized, detail-oriented, an effective communicator, patient, creative Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment Consistently acts with honesty and integrity while demonstrating a strong commitment to quality services and the interests of individuals served Willingness to participate in ongoing training regarding mental illness, developmental disabilities and work-related issues A bachelor's degree in human services or similar field and a minimum of two years' prior work experience (or an equivalent combination of education & experience). Willing to train the right person.
Fluent computer skills:
including Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and Zoom
