Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties across various commercial locations, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring they meet health and safety regulations. Use proper cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely. Follow established janitorial procedures to ensure thorough sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold cleanliness standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols related to commercial cleaning is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks effectively throughout the shift. Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as core qualities.
