This role is ideal for someone with broad technical fluency across eCommerce platforms, ERP integrations, and third-party connections - paired with a strong understanding of B2B purchasing models such as punchout, contract pricing, and account-based workflows. This position serves as a central coordinator across internal teams and external technology partners, ensuring that eCommerce, punchout, and related integrations work together seamlessly to support operational efficiency, scalable growth, and a customer-first online experience.
Responsibilities:
ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS & PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION
Platform Management:
Administer B2B platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.
Content & Catalog:
Manage product catalogs, pricing, and rules for web and punchout transactions.
Monitoring:
Track health and flows; coordinate resolution across internal teams and partners.
PUNCHOUT & CONNECTED COMMERCE ENABLEMENT
Integration:
Support punchout (cXML/standards) with customer procurement systems. ...
Onboarding:
Coordinate testing and maintenance of customer-specific punchout connections.
Data Alignment:
Ensure consistency in pricing and orders across punchout, eCommerce, and ERP.
Issue Resolution:
Lead coordination for punchout issues between customers, platforms, and partners.
Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve punchout adoption, reliability, and scalability.
B2B CUSTOMER & USER EXPERIENCE SUPPORT
Workflows:
Support B2B workflows like contract catalogs, approvals, and invoice payments.
Collaboration:
Partner with Sales/CS to resolve usability issues and improve efficiency.
Diagnosis:
Resolve data/integration issues and empower teams to reduce repeat incidents.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & PARTNER COORDINATION
Liaison:
Connect internal teams (IT, Sales, Ops) with external development and partners.
Release Management:
Coordinate upgrades and integration changes across the ecosystem.
Translation:
Convert business needs into clear technical and operational tasks.
INTEGRATIONS & TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT
Ecosystem:
Support integrations for ERP, PIM, OMS, search, payments, and procurement.
Validation:
Verify data flows for customer records, pricing, products, and order status.
Testing/QA:
Lead testing for platform releases and integration updates.
SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Knowledge Management:
Document configurations, punchout setups, and integration logic.
Support:
Maintain troubleshooting steps and dependencies to assist onboarding and support.
REPORTING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Metrics:
Track adoption metrics to streamline integrations and reduce manual work.
Strategy:
Identify resilience improvements and support long-term roadmap planning.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Experience with ERP-integrated platforms Hands-on exposure to punchout standards such as cXML or OCI. Familiarity with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle). Exposure to B2B customer onboarding or enterprise account enablement.
Education:
Bachelors Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting B2B eCommerce platforms and/or punchout or procurement integrations. Strong understanding of B2B purchasing models, including punchout, contract pricing, approvals, and ERP-driven order processing. Experience coordinating integrations across multiple systems and vendors. Ability to work comfortably across technical and business teams.
