E-Commerce Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

Job Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, organizing, labeling, and shipping inventory to Amazon Fulfillment Centers while maintaining warehouse organization and accuracy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and package products according to Amazon FBA requirements and company standards Label products, polybag items, and apply FNSKU labels accurately Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments Count and track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels Conduct quality control checks for damaged or incorrect products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits Support additional warehouse and e-commerce tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, or Amazon FBA experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills Experience with Amazon FBA shipment creation Familiarity with barcode scanners and thermal label printers Experience in beauty supply, retail, or e-commerce environments Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to lift boxes and inventory up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting Equal Opportunity Statement Cosmos Beauty is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
