Responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the crisis team in Elkhart County. Ensure that the service delivery is in line with the grant requirements, SAMHSA's best practice toolkit for crisis care, and the certified community behavioral health center (CCBHC) criterion. Assist in strategic planning and process mapping activities for planning development. Ensure program activities include sound clinical practices and evidenced-based tools and outcome measurement Collaborates extensively with existing teams and departments to ensure successful program development. Provides communication across departments to ensure efficient and integrated service delivery within Oaklawn.Minimum Hiring Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work, LCSW or LCAC preferred 3-5 years of management or leadership in behavioral health. 1-2 years' experience in emergency or crisis care. Experience working with data and/or reporting is also preferred.Similar jobs in Goshen, IN
