In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of children. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning in infant/toddler, preschool and school-aged children. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Support children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and documentation requirements for childcare settings. Maintain open and professional communication with parents, guardians and coworkers. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization. Follow all licensing regulations and center policies. Qualifications Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age children preferred but not required. CPR/First-Aid Certification and Food Handlers (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers , parents, and children. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom environments efficiently while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Background check is required. Certification in early childhood education or related fields( CDA) is preferred but not required; ongoing professional development is highly valued and encouraged.
