Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Childhood Educator, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire growth, curiosity, and confidence in children from infancy through preschool age. In this dynamic role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that fosters learning and social-emotional development. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and working with children will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success. Duties Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies. Develop individualized learning activities for children with special education needs or those requiring additional support. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare and daycare best practices. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and developmental achievements. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional strategies. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or private schools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions. Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children, including toddler care practices. Knowledge of childhood development theories and principles to support early intervention efforts. Familiarity with classroom management techniques tailored to young learners and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and children. Additional qualifications such as Montessori certification or special education training are considered a plus. Pay:
$11.50 - $13.00 per hour
