Responsibilities Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping Implement an Emergent Curriculum Support children s emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills Maintain attendance and health and safety checks Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists Support children through classroom transitions Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA Participate in team meetings and workshops Qualifications Registered with the College of ECE and in good standing Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Up-to-date immunization records and two-step TB test Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs What We Offer Positive work environment with encouraging team members Opportunities for career advancement Comprehensive benefits package 35% discount on childcare services and 20 days of free backup childcare annually Up to 3% RRSP matching plan Kids & Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accommodations to persons with disabilities.
