In this role, you will lead engaging activities ranging from arts and crafts and storytelling to independent play and interactive class outings. • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children.
• Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the program.
• Making sure that the classroom is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Establish routines and provide positive guidance. Qualifications
• Applicant must hold a Connecticut Head Teacher Certificate or will complete 12+ credits in Early Childhood Education.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse staff and parents.

Salary varies based on experience and education credentials.
