We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an excellent Executive Director to lead the operations of our high-quality education program. This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned early childhood director to manage this center. You will be part of the management team responsible for managing the overall program including program planning, program implementation and evaluation; student assessments, family relations, enrollments, human resources, staff scheduling and development and school operations. What we ask you to have: Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs in a Center Director, Assistant Director, or similar management role. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field required, Master's degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, solution-oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven record of maintaining effective relationships with staff, parents, and children.
DCFS Requirements:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education OR•64 semester hours in any discipline with a minimum of 21 hours of college credit in Child Development, Early Childhood EducationAND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
