Job Description

Get ready to be inspired by joining our fantastic team, a place where teachers and children truly flourish through a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach. We are excited to announce that we are hiring for all Classroom Teacher positions, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively within teaching teams of two or three educators. Our teachers are dedicated to creating and maintaining a nurturing, play-based learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. By observing and listening to children's interests, teachers develop an emergent curriculum that resonates with each child's unique needs and passions. They assess and document student progress through meaningful observations and assessments, engaging in reflective practices to support individual growth. Teachers actively engage in team meetings to collaboratively plan projects and share insights, fostering a culture of co-learning amongst colleagues. They work closely with families, conducting regular conferences and maintaining ongoing communication to build strong partnerships that extend the learning experience beyond the classroom. In line with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our teachers emphasize the importance of environment as the "third teacher," thoughtfully designing spaces that inspire exploration and creativity. They facilitate collaborative projects that encourage children to express themselves through various mediums, including art, music, and movement, allowing their voices to shine. Additionally, teachers are expected to attend monthly faculty meetings, participate in ongoing professional development to enhance their understanding of Reggio-inspired practices, and take on other responsibilities assigned by the administration. Join us in creating a vibrant community where both teachers and children can explore, learn, and grow together!
