To perform the duties and responsibilities of this position successfully, the employee must possess the abilities and aptitudes to perform each task proficiently. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma Must be willing to obtain CDA within two years of hire.

GOAL:
. Assist teacher in the provision of high quality comprehensive child development services to prepare children for school.
Representative Duties:

Treat each child as an individual in an inclusive community that values, respects, and responds lo Build positive relationships with all Engage each child in meaningful social conversations daily. Support play as a way for children to organize their experiences and understand concepts.
