Developmental Specialist - Early Intervention Program Advanced Pediatric Therapies (APT) Sparks, NV www.aptkidsnevada.com Are you passionate about helping young children and families thrive? Join the Early Intervention team at Advanced Pediatric Therapies (APT) — a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic dedicated to supporting children's development from birth to age 3. At APT, our Developmental Specialists work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, BCBAs, adn Behavioral Health Therapists to provide comprehensive, family-centered care. We believe in empowering parents through coaching and collaboration , helping every child reach their fullest potential in their natural environment. What You'll Do Provide developmental services to infants and toddlers as part of Nevada's Early Intervention system Collaborate with families to set goals and implement strategies that promote growth across all developmental domains Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and IFSP development Coach and support families to integrate therapy techniques into daily routines Maintain timely and compliant documentation aligned with IDEA and Nevada Early Intervention standards Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Must be comfortable traveling to client homes and/or community locations as needed. Experience with early childhood development or family coaching is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Speech-Language Pathology Early Childhood Education Special Education Psychology Human Development & Family Studies Social Work Why You'll Love Working at
