Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sensory integration
• Experience working with Early Intervention children ages 0-3
• In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Familiarity with occupational health practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service and collaboration with healthcare team members
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
