EARLY INTERVENTION- Physical - Occupational - Speech Language Therapy - Special Instruction

Join the Specialized Therapy and Related Services (STARS) Early Intervention Team! We are looking to expand our team, hiring therapists for Sub-Contact positions. STARS is looking for Pennsylvania licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Therapists and Special Instructors (Developmental Teachers) to provide Early Intervention services for children aged Birth to 3 years of age in Fayette, Greene, and Washington Counties . Early Intervention services are delivered in the child's natural environment (home, community, child care center) providing individualized therapy to infants, toddlers and their families who qualify for Early Intervention services.

Duties:

• Follow child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), providing effective, evidence-based treatment techniques/strategies to meet the child and family's needs.
• Engage in a team-oriented approach to support the child and family.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families in their natural environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers and professional team members in an appropriate manner.
• Empower families with the skills required for success toward their child's goals.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Professional Licensure.
• Reliable transportation required. Valid Driver's license.
• Sub-Contractor positions, offering excellent contract rates.
• Therapists can accept as many or as few cases desired, with flexible scheduling.
