Speech Goals is a privately owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula. We specialize in early intervention, family- centered care, and collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment for young children and their caregivers. We believe meaningful change happens through connection, play, and developmentally appropriate support — not one-size-fits-all programming. We are currently seeking an experienced Early Interventionist / BHT Therapist to join our behavioral pilot program, serving children ages 3 and under. This role is a child-led, play-based alternative to traditional ABA, grounded in developmental and relationship- based approaches. This position is ideal for professionals who: Have experience supporting young children with challenging behaviors Are open to creative, flexible, child-centered approaches Want to be part of a collaborative team that values learning, growth, and supportWho We're Looking For:

Requirements:
English proficiency (spoken and written) required Spanish/English bilingual required for San Francisco roles/a plus for RWC roles ABA background or Early Intervention experience with children and families Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children ages 0-5 Experience managing challenging behaviors in young children Bachelor's or Master's degree in: o Child Development o Early Childhood Education o Communication Disorders o Behavioral or related field (Music Therapy specialization welcomed) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Comfortable with 50% clinic-based and 50% community-based services What You'll Do• Provide early intervention behavioral support using child-led, play-based approaches: Implement principles from ESDM, DIR/Floortime, and PLAY Project Collaborate with families to support goals meaningful to their child Consult regularly with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members Work across clinic, home, and community settings Participate in team meetings, trainings, and mentorship opportunitiesPerks & What Sets Us Apart:
