Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Learning Teacher - Floater/Breaker! In this dynamic role, you will serve as a versatile and enthusiastic educator, providing high-quality care and instruction across various classrooms within our center. Your energy and adaptability will help foster a nurturing environment where young children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while gaining diverse classroom experience. You will be instrumental in supporting classroom routines, implementing curriculum plans, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide attentive care and support classroom activities that foster childhood development and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe learning environment. Support classroom management by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Engage actively with children during play, learning activities, and outdoor time to promote social skills and emotional well-being. Experience Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations, including toddlers and preschoolers.
Pay:
$17.15 - $21.00 per hour
