Early Morning Baker

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a love for creating delicious baked goods. Experience is a plus but not necessary. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, and baking croissants, scones and other pastries, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Package finished products for orders while maintaining quality standards. Delivery pastry to wholesale customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Requirements Ability to work early morning shift (5-6am) Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the culinary field. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Good communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for baking and creating delightful culinary experiences for customers.
