PRT Staffing is growing and we are looking for a driven, experienced Recruiter who thrives in a fast paced, high volume staffing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to respond quickly, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner directly with clients to deliver top talent. In this role, you will recruit for a wide variety of positions ranging from skilled trades and light industrial roles to professional level positions across multiple markets nationwide. You will be part of a collaborative national recruiting team that works together to deliver exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. What You Will Do Manage full cycle recruiting for high volume positions across multiple industries and markets Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and creative recruiting strategies Recruit for a wide range of roles including skilled trades, light industrial, and professional positions Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high demand positions Maintain detailed candidate and recruiting documentation within the company ATS Communicate regularly with hiring managers, clients, and internal leadership regarding recruiting progress Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed What Makes You Successful in This Role Strong sourcing ability and creativity in finding candidates in competitive markets Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams Ability to build relationships quickly and represent the company with professionalism Self motivated with the discipline to work effectively in a remote environment Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume Staffing Proven experience supporting high volume recruiting environments Experience recruiting for skilled trades, light industrial, and professional positions Experience interacting directly with clients or hiring managers Strong candidate sourcing skills using multiple recruiting channels Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and time management abilities Ability to work remotely while collaborating with a national recruiting team Must live in San Antonio, TX Why Join Our Team Be part of a national recruiting team that is growing and making an impact Work in a fast moving, high energy staffing environment Recruit across multiple industries and markets nationwide Opportunity to build strong client partnerships and make a real difference in hiring success Collaborative remote team culture focused on results and growth If you are an experienced recruiter who loves the challenge of high volume staffing, sourcing great candidates, and partnering with clients, we would love to hear from you.
