Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic healthcare environment and use your expertise in echocardiography to deliver critical imaging services for a patient-centered team. This contract position is ideal for skilled professionals ready to make a significant impact in just 13 weeks, utilizing advanced imaging technology and their in-depth knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week Day shift: 7:00am - 5:30pm
Desired Qualifications:
Valid certification in ARDMS or CCI is required Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support) must be maintained Demonstrated competency with adult and pediatric echocardiography modalities Ability to accurately perform and complete echo exams including transthoracic echocardiograms Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team communication Adaptable and reliable, with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality echocardiograms ensuring precision and adherence to physician orders and protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while explaining processes and ensuring comfort Accurately record, evaluate, and report imaging data to assist physicians in the diagnostic process Properly maintain equipment and manage imaging records in compliance with facility policies Work collaboratively with healthcare practitioners and support staff, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized training and experience while contributing to outstanding patient care.
