Bob's Furniture, Rooms To Go, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and Living Spaces The Role As an E-Commerce Account Analyst, you will: Analyze account performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across client portfolios Build and maintain dashboards and reports that translate fulfillment and sales data into clear, actionable insights Support account teams in monitoring inventory, order accuracy, and fulfillment KPIs for small to mid-size clients Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure client needs are met with precision Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, strategic way Grow into managing high-profile national accounts as you build expertise in our platforms and processes What You Bring A recent degree from an accredited college or university (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) Strong analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with data and turning numbers into stories Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, Shopify, or similar is a plus Tech fluency — you adapt quickly to new software and data-driven environments Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences High ambition and drive — your resume shows potential but your hunger shows more Location Preference given to candidates in the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area.
