EDay Sign-In Coordinator 2026/27 Woodbridge School District - 4.4 Woodbridge, CT Job Details Seasonal $36 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Student record keeping Entry level Full Job Description Extended Day Sign-In Coordinator From September 2, 2026 through June 14, 2027, the Woodbridge School District will be conducting Extended School Day courses for students in Grades K-6. This position is 2:30 - 4:30 PM daily, Monday-Friday from September 2, 2026 through June 14, 2027. Salary is $36/hour.

Responsibilities:

Sign-in and set-up to welcome / check-in students and fill-in for activities / positions Create daily sign-in rosters and individual program rosters and/or activity lists Set-up activity roster clip boards Check Extended Day email for parent communication regarding student absences and/or pick-up information Check school generated absent list Check other program attendance activities i.e.; Guided Study, Recreation, CCD, Chorus, Girl Scouts, Student Council for the day Collate absent / pick-up / special activities information on daily rosters Inform each participant of daily activity selection, if a child wants to change, list change Account for all students - call teachers for missing students Monitor students for safety and compliance Teachers / staff report on August 31, 2026 for training, program set-up, classroom assignments etc.
