As an Electronics Technician, you will be instrumental in building high-quality circuit assemblies, ensuring that our complex systems meet rigorous performance standards through expert soldering and mechanical integration. Responsibilities Execute precise soldering and component assembly to drive high-yield production goals. Interpret complex schematics and technical blueprints to guide accurate hardware integration. Perform rigorous quality inspections to guarantee the reliability of electronic systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly challenges and optimize production workflows. Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace that prioritizes safety and operational efficiency. Document assembly outcomes and report technical discrepancies to ensure continuous process improvement. Support team growth by assisting in the training and onboarding of new assembly staff. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in manual soldering and electronic component assembly. Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical documents and electrical schematics. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for intricate assembly tasks. Solid understanding of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and low voltage cabling. Preferred Skills Technical certification in electronics or related field. Experience working with high voltage systems. Strong background in mechanical assembly and hardware integration. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
