Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in manual soldering and electronic component assembly. Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical documents and electrical schematics. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for intricate assembly tasks. Solid understanding of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and low voltage cabling. Preferred Skills Technical certification in electronics or related field. Experience working with high voltage systems. Strong background in mechanical assembly and hardware integration. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
