We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented EDI & Shipping Compliance coordinator to help oversee retailer order flow, shipping compliance, warehouse coordination, and EDI operations across our growing wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational execution, understands retail routing/compliance requirements, and enjoys solving logistical problems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities EDI & Order Management Manage retailer purchase orders from PO receipt through ASN submission and shipment completion Process and monitor EDI transactions including POs, ASNs, invoices, and shipment confirmations Troubleshoot EDI issues with internal teams, retailers, and EDI providers Ensure order accuracy and timely communication between sales, warehouse, and operations teams Shipping & Retail Compliance Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and shipping requirements Coordinate carton labeling, packing requirements, shipment documentation, and routing requests Help prevent retailer chargebacks through accurate execution and compliance monitoring Track shipment statuses, delays, shortages, damages, and operational exceptions Work closely with warehouse partners to ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time Operational Coordination Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding delays, shortages, or compliance risks Help improve operational workflows and identify recurring issues Maintain organized records and operational documentation Assist with operational reporting and shipment tracking Qualifications 2-5+ years experience in EDI, shipping compliance, logistics, wholesale operations, or retailer fulfillment Experience working with major retailers preferred (Nordstrom, Macy's, Shopbop, etc.) Understanding of routing guides, ASN processes, carton labeling, and retailer compliance standards Experience with ERP and EDI systems preferred (Apparel Magic, RMS, SPS Commerce, Rithum, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams What Success Looks Like Orders ship accurately and on time Retailer compliance issues and chargebacks are minimized Communication between warehouse, sales, and operations becomes more efficient EDI issues are resolved quickly and proactively Operational processes become more organized and scalable Important Notes This role is heavily execution and coordination focused. We are looking for someone who enjoys operational detail, process management, and retailer compliance — not a high-level operations executive role.
