In this role, you will lead engaging Muay Thai training sessions, develop comprehensive curricula, and inspire students of all ages and skill levels to achieve their personal best. Your expertise will help foster a motivating environment that emphasizes discipline, technique, and physical fitness. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, you will play a vital role in promoting health, confidence, and martial arts mastery through energetic instruction and personalized coaching. Responsibilities Design and implement detailed Muay Thai training programs tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Deliver energetic and clear instruction on techniques such as strikes, clinching, footwork, and defensive maneuvers Develop engaging curricula that incorporate fundamental martial arts principles alongside fitness and self-defense skills Manage class logistics including scheduling, attendance tracking, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations Foster a positive learning environment by applying effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their technique and reach their goals Collaborate with other instructors to create special workshops or seminars that enhance the overall training experience Requirements Proven experience in Muay Thai coaching or competitive fighting at a professional or amateur level Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching martial arts techniques Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students of all ages Experience working with children, teenagers, or adult learners in a fitness or educational setting Knowledge of behavior management strategies to maintain discipline during classes Ability to adapt instruction for students with special needs or varying physical abilities Additional skills such as photography for promotional content, ballet or dancing for movement versatility, cooking or culinary experience for holistic wellness programs, childcare or early childhood education background are considered valuable assets Join us to empower individuals through the art of Muay Thai!
