DUTIES/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience or demonstrated knowledge in:- Instructing students, developing program syllabi, goals and objectives
- Evaluating students' progress in attaining goals and objectives
- Ensuring students learning outcomes are attained and appropriately recorded
- Maintaining program certification requirements, as appropriate
- Preparing and maintaining required documentation and administrative reports
- Maintaining knowledge of current trends and developing in the field by attending staff development training, workshops, seminars and conferences Job Description /

EL Authorized Ongoing Professional collaboration Development of small learning communities Standards based instruction and curriculum Research based instructional strategies Multiple formative assessments Basic computer programs such as PowerSchools, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Excel Working with at-risk youth/working at a Title I school, working with special needs populations. Multicultural education Secondary Literacy implementation.Requirements / Qualifications
