  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
  • Utilize adult education and tutoring techniques to support students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Provide educational instruction to students with diverse needs, ensuring that each student receives tailored support to maximize their potential.
  • Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies to promote a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional practices and stay current with best practices in education. Skills
  • Experience with teaching/ playing drums.
  • Experience in adult education, tutoring, or teaching children.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive and supportive attitude.
