The ideal candidate will ensure that testing environments are conducive to student success while maintaining the integrity of the testing process. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to students and staff alike. Responsibilities Monitor students during testing sessions to ensure compliance with testing protocols and procedures. Distribute and collect test materials, ensuring all items are accounted for before and after each session. Provide clear instructions to students regarding test procedures and answer any questions they may have. Maintain a quiet and orderly testing environment, addressing any issues that arise promptly and professionally. Report any irregularities or incidents during testing to the appropriate authorities. Assist in the setup and breakdown of testing rooms, ensuring all materials are organized and properly stored. Collaborate with educators and administrators to facilitate smooth testing operations. Qualifications Previous experience in teaching or adult education is preferred, with a strong understanding of classroom dynamics. Familiarity with standardized testing processes is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when interacting with students. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions and information. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during testing sessions. Experience working with students in an educational setting is beneficial, fostering a supportive atmosphere for test-takers.
