Qualifications Qualifications Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be or willing to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 180 days of hire. Experience working with children with autism, behavioral challenges, or varying disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, organize, and implement responsibilities effectively and establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, other professionals, staff, and the public.
Credential Requirement:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent. CA Career Technical Education Designated Subjects Credential in the Health Science and Medical Terminology Industry Sector with ELA1 or CLAD.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience is desirable, preferably in Career Technical Education.
  • Valid California Driver's License Credential Copy (Detailed copy from CTC website) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters written within the last two years) Resume Requirements /
