9:45 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Rate:
$18.00 hourly
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Test Proctor position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to: Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment. Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process. Assist with test setup and shut down. Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing. Launch exams and seat test takers.
Business Professional Attire Required:
White Dress shirt/blouse, black jacket and pants - preferrably a pants suit. Only candidates who can meet the dress requirements will be considered. Comfortable shoes (black comfortable shoes, no tennis shoes or sandals.)
Requirement:
Experience in teaching or adult education environments is preferred Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and protocols Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse test-takers and team members Classroom experience or working with students enhances suitability for this role High School diplomas or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher education preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience as a Test Proctor or experience in a teaching and testing in an adult education environment is a plus. Excellent communication and follow-up skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing site. Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation. Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance. Excellent customer service skills and high degree of professionalism. Must be able to work in a cohesive and highly adaptable team. For immediate consideration, submit an updated resume.
