Job Description
Job description: The LY Studio + The Little Yogis Program The studio is based in Roswell Ga but the classes are held in Lawrenceville + surrounding areas. This isn't a "stand at the front and count reps" kind of role. This is for someone who understands that people walk into a room carrying things they don't say out loud and knows how to guide them through it using movement. You'll be teaching yoga, pilates, and strength-based classes to adults, kids, and sometimes both in the same room (yes, it's a dance, get comfortable with that). You won't be expected to be me. But you do need to get it… and be willing to learn how I do what I do. What You'll Be Doing Traveling to schools and facilities to teach yoga, pilates, and strength classes that feel intentional, not robotic Lead kids (2+) through movement, mindfulness, and structured play that actually holds their attention Shift your tone, pacing, and energy depending on who's in front of you (toddlers vs. grown men vs. moms who haven't exhaled all day) Follow a loose structure, while still being present enough to adjust in real time Assist with school programs and occasional off-site events Create an environment where people feel seen… not managed Learn and embody the LY Studio style of teaching this is mentorship, not just a job
