We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments and are ready to design engaging curricula, lead group activities, and foster participant growth and development.
Position DetailsType:
Part-time for the 2026-2027 school year (while school is in session, end of August - mid-June)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:30-5:30 PM or 3:00-6:00 PM (11:30 AM-6:00 PM on 2 early dismissal days)Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, manage, and support large groups of children during transitions in and out of the program.
Plan and conduct daily enrichment activities, such as homework assistance, physical activities, arts and crafts, STEM projects, group work, and other activities as determined by the site supervisor.
Design and teach a weekly Club focusing on a personal interest that the students share, subject to approval.
Provide documented lesson plans for all activities and Club curriculum.
Supervise and encourage pro-social behaviors in an after-school setting.
Actively participate in the programs incentive program. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Communicate consistently with supervisors and staff regarding any issues.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and training opportunities.
Present a professional and friendly demeanor.
Demonstrate initiative and teamwork.
Required to attend and participate in employee trainings.
