Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Communication Trainer to empower learners with essential language skills for personal, academic, and professional success. In this role, you will design engaging curricula, deliver impactful lessons, and foster an inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse student needs. Your expertise will help learners develop confidence in their communication abilities, enhance their literacy, and master the nuances of effective spoken and written English. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to various adult education levels, including literacy education, bilingual instruction, and special education needs such as deaf or visually impaired education Deliver interactive lessons that incorporate modern learning technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance student engagement and retention Coach teachers and tutors on instructional strategies, classroom management, lesson planning, and effective communication techniques Design instructional materials and assessments aligned with adult language education standards and best practices in instructional design Support students with diverse learning styles by providing personalized tutoring sessions and adapting teaching methods accordingly Manage classroom environments to ensure inclusive, respectful, and productive learning spaces for all students Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum content and teaching approaches based on feedback and educational research Experience Proven experience in teaching English communication skills within adult education settings or similar environments Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design for diverse learner populations Experience working with students who have special needs such as deaf or visually impaired education is highly desirable Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and online teaching methodologies Demonstrated ability to coach teachers or peers in classroom management, tutoring techniques, and effective communication skills Knowledge of adult language education principles, literacy education strategies, and working with bilingual learners is preferred Prior classroom experience across various educational contexts including classroom management and working with students from diverse backgrounds Join us in shaping confident communicators by leveraging your expertise in English language instruction!
