Job Description

Job Summary This position offers the opportunity to share your clinical expertise while helping adult learners develop the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to succeed in medical settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and laboratory instruction in EKG theory and procedures. Teach cardiac anatomy and physiology, heart rhythms, EKG interpretation fundamentals, patient preparation, and lead placement. Demonstrate proper EKG equipment use and safety procedures. Evaluate student knowledge and practical skills. Maintain attendance, grading, and program documentation. Foster a positive and professional learning environment. Prepare students for industry-recognized certification examinations.
Qualifications:
Current healthcare credential such as LPN/RN, Paramedic, Cardiovascular Technician, or related healthcare certification. Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience. Experience performing and interpreting EKGs preferred. Previous teaching, training, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
