Job Description

Bellingham Technical College seeks an I-BEST Instructor to design and deliver integrated basic education and skills training for diverse adult learners. This role combines instruction in reading, writing, math, and/or ESL with technical program content to support students in earning certificates and degrees. The instructor collaborates with CTE faculty and workforce partners, develops contextualized curricula, assesses student progress, and uses data to improve outcomes. The position supports BTC's student-centered, inclusive culture and advances regional workforce development and career pathways.
