• Description The Davis College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at West Virginia University (WVU) invites applications for a part-time adjunct faculty to support the Davis College's academic School of Agriculture and Food Systems. Appointments are on a semester-by-semester basis with varying instructional needs depending on course enrollments and faculty availability. Review of applications occurs on an as-needed basis. Qualifications A graduate degree relevant to the course(s) taught is required at the time of appointment; a doctoral degree is preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and teach undergraduate and/or graduate students. Experience with student-centered instruction, inclusive pedagogy, and/or experiential learning approaches is desirable. Professional experience in applied settings relevant to the course(s) taught (e.g., agriculture, design, education, natural resources, industry) is preferred.
