We are seeking qualified candidates who can work with students, colleagues and individuals who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. This is a part-time, non-tenure track position. The duties include teaching one to two courses per semester online, in-person, or both. Deliver classroom lectures and instructional activities. Create, grade, and critique student assignments. Prepare and grade exams. Evaluate overall student performance in the course. Participate in relevant department faculty meetings as appropriate. Additional duties may be assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work with various students and colleagues. Minimum Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing web-based and remote learning environments. Successful college or university teaching experience.
