NEW Solutions connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with the National Park Service (NPS). These experienced professionals provide administrative expertise, facilities management, natural and cultural resource planning, and a broad array of other professional skills that support the National Park Service through the Experienced Services Program (ESP). Positions listed here do not guarantee employment for any definite period. Enrollment in the Experienced Worker Programs administered by NEW Solutions is temporary. The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an "at-will" relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the Agency have the right to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee.PLEASE NOTE

Support day to day activities of WACC by providing document preparation services for archives. Document sorting and digitization prep, file prep and compilation, and tracking of records critical to project teams Sort documents and prepare them for digitization, including removing all staples, paper clips, rubber bands or other binding methods; confirming contents of all folders are forward facing; verifying folder titles in printed inventories match titles of folders in boxes; and inserting Do Not Scan inserts in front of oversize documents, negatives, slides, computer disks and other media. 80% Verify all boxes and folders have been returned by scanning vendor. 5% Assist with Integrated Pest Management post-digitization 5% Rehouse loose photos, slides, negatives, and other media into archival storage. 10%Qualifications:
HS/GED Degree with minimum additional experience of 5 year(s) in Administrative and office operations Detail-oriented. Experience in library, archives, or information management preferred but not required.Other:
