Job Description
Primary Function Under general supervision, performs complex technical functions in the records management section requiring a high degree of skill and knowledge related to the performance of duties associated with lifecycle management of district records from creation to archival/destruction in accordance with the district's records retention schedule; performs data entry and search queries in the records management software system. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school equivalency with supplemental college courses in business, records management and three years' experience related to physical and electronic lifecycle management of records. Licensing & Certification Requirements Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline. Other Requirements/Testing A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment. Employees must notify supervision when applying for a position.
