Adecco is recruiting for a Doc Prep / Scanning position in Wichita, KS. This is a temporary opportunity that starts immediately. M-F, 7:00am to 3:30pm (possible flexibility in this) $16.00 - 16.50 per hour DOE
Overview:
- Convert paper records into digital files by operating imaging equipment and indexing the digital files. Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with confidentiality.
- Responsibilities
- + Prepare physical documents for scanning by organizing, sorting, and verifying accuracy + Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital formats + Ensure high-quality digital images by adjusting scanner settings and performing quality checks + Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout all tasks + Other duties may be assigned •
Requirements:
- + High School Diploma or equivalent + Prior Doc Prep/Scanning experience preferred + Office experience with strong organizational skills + Strong Attention to detail + Ability to sit and stand for this position + Ability to handle confidential documents to this Doc Prep / Scanning position in Wichita, KS.
Pay Details:
- $16.
