Position Summary and Key Responsibilities McKendree University Music Department is seeking a part-time saxophone instructor for its Lebanon, Illinois campus, beginning in the Fall 2026 semester.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Master's degree or significant professional experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior college teaching experience.
Work Conditions Regular pay rate:
$2,145.00 for each 3-hour course, per semester. Higher rates may apply for larger course enrollments, labs, or other duties. Online/remote teaching opportunities may exist dependent on the needs of the course. Applicants interested in online/remote opportunities must reside in the following states:
IL, CA, FL, TN, KY.
