MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Arizona Elementary Certificate with Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Middle Grades Certificate with Art Approved Area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Secondary Certificate with Art Approved Area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Art Approved Area OR Arizona Arts Education - Art PreK-12 Certificate Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE
