Pay Rate:

$25-30/hour Starting wages.

Timings:

Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm and Saturday 3-6pm

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

Long term commitment towards the job position: To start with minimum 2 years commitment. Must have strong drawing, sketching, and painting skills along with a portfolio link or sample art works. Strong fundamentals of paintings on various subjects and mediums. Prior Experience teaching small kids, understanding child phycology, and love for kids will be a plus point. Prior experience teaching craft project to kids and creating new ideas will be plus point. If not, training will be provided. Positive attitude towards students, staff, and customers. Understanding insitute curriculum and following to impliment to keep the standards up. Good clear communication skills and positive attitude required specially when speaking with kids. Assisting Class under senior teacher's direction and understanding the process. Adapting the course curriculum and finding unique way to teach students. Preparing materials and Organizing classroom/students according to their course level and lesson plan. Always enthusiastic towards teaching kids and quickly grasping new art project ideas. Polite communication and finding different ways to grab the attention of students towards learning process. Making teaching process interesting and engaging. Bringing new project ideas and involving as a team to be more creative and artistic. Keeping students in the classroom well organized and disciplined. Candidate must be responsible towards job commitment and be punctual with time schedule and teaching responsibility.

Health Guidelines:

Candidate should be healthy in general and not having any big health issues which can interrupt day to day work. Candidate must be in good health condition and away from smoking and other addictions.
