Job Description

We are seeking a part time enthusiastic individual to join our team who can work during weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching art classes to children and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our art studio. Your passion for art, strong communication skills, and ability to inspire young minds will be essential to fostering a positive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
Teach various art techniques, styles, and mediums, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive art education. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and individual growth. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them develop their artistic skills and confidence. Encourage students to explore their own artistic interests and experiment with different materials. Assist with the setup and organization of art materials and supplies for classes. Help maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that it is conducive to learning and creativity. Ensure the safety of all students during classes and studio activities, following established safety protocols and guidelines. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and focused learning environment.
Qualifications:
Art related major, Bachelor degree required. Must speak both Mandarin and English fluently. Experience working with children in an educational or artistic setting. Strong artistic skills and proficiency in a variety of art techniques and mediums. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with children. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young artists. Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining a well-ordered studio environment. Ability to adapt to various learning styles and tailor instruction to individual student needs.
