K-8 Art Teacher ABC Academy - 3.4 Glendale, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Behavior management Personal service experience with children Working with children Visual arts painting Teaching Full Job Description We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic After-School Art Teacher to join our team! If you love working with children and have a passion for art, this is a great opportunity to inspire young minds.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging art activities for students (grades K-5) Teach basic art techniques (drawing, painting, crafts, etc.) Encourage creativity and self-expression Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Manage class behavior in a positive and supportive way
Requirements:
Experience working with children (teaching or tutoring preferred) Strong interest or background in art Patience, creativity, and good communication skills Ability to manage a small group of students
Schedule:
After-school hours (approx. 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM) Part-time position
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location:
In person
