Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and creative Art School Teacher Supervisor to lead the quality, consistency, and development of our visual arts instructional program. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced art educator who understands both excellent art instruction and effective teacher management . The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in visual arts, classroom teaching, curriculum development, and staff supervision. The Teacher Supervisor will help ensure that our instructors deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and high-quality art education while maintaining consistent instructional standards across classes and programs. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished artist and educator with a BFA or MFA in Art, Fine Arts, Studio Art, Art Education, or a closely related field . Experience working with private art schools, enrichment programs, portfolio preparation, K-12 students, or college-bound art students is highly desirable. Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to the families and communities served by our school.
