What You'll DoDeliver Exceptional Yoga & Fitness Classes Lead energizing, safe, and creative yoga and fitness classes, following YogaSix's core class formats. Infuse your unique personality and teaching style while maintaining class integrity and structure. Create an inviting, well-prepared practice space , managing props, mat spacing, music, and lighting. Support students of all levels, providing modifications and hands-on adjustments (as needed and desired). Ensure the practice room is clean and reset after each class. Build Connection & Community Arrive 15 minutes before class to welcome students, answer questions, and create personal connections. Stay 15 minutes after class to engage with students, provide guidance, and encourage their yoga journey. Support studio growth by promoting events, special programs, and membership offerings . Foster an inclusive and supportive studio culture where all students feel valued and motivated . What We're Looking ForQualifications Minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification . At least 6 months of teaching experience preferred . Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting). A deep passion for yoga, fitness, and mindful movement . Approachable, friendly, and engaging personality —our community thrives on connection! Willingness to receive ongoing coaching, training, and professional development . A sense of humor—because yoga is about balance , and we love to keep things fun! Availability & Commitment Ability to teach a minimum of three classes per week on at least two different days. Must have weekday morning availability , with occasional weekends as needed. Communication & People Skills Fluent in English , with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with members, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service . Comfortable handling member feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-driven approach . Organizational & Professionalism Punctual, reliable, and able to manage class time effectively . Comfortable using studio software and technology for scheduling and communication. Ability to handle confidential studio information with discretion. Physical Requirements Must be able to demonstrate postures and movements while guiding students. Comfortable working in a heated environment . Ability to climb stairs and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds . Strong vision and hearing capabilities to communicate effectively in class settings.
