Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to Lexington. Are you a talented artist with a big personality and a passion for teaching? We're looking for a Lead Art Instructor to join our growing team at Pinot's Palette Lexington Center ! As a leader in the paint-and-sip industry, we create fun, memorable experiences where guests follow your step-by-step instruction to complete their own acrylic paintings on stretched canvas. If you're energetic, engaging, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment — we want to meet you! What You'll Do Design and develop original acrylic paintings for classes and promotional use Create and execute clear, engaging teaching methods Lead classes with energy, clarity, and confidence (microphone speaking required) Foster a relaxed, creative, and fun atmosphere for guests Assist customers individually to ensure painting success Greet and seat guests, act as host during events Take guest photos during and after sessions Support team members to ensure smooth class flow Complete cleaning and closing checklists after events What We're Looking For Strong ability to design and execute high-quality acrylic paintings in various styles Outgoing personality with excellent public speaking skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently and energetically in a team setting Strong time management and communication skills Basic computer and internet proficiency Customer service experience preferred Experience leading groups (classroom or similar setting) preferred College degree in Art, Design, or related field preferred I must be 21+ years old Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Schedule & Hours Part-time:

8-20 hours per week 4-5-hour shifts Weekday evenings & weekends (flexible scheduling) Rotating weekends as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend and lift Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. Compensation $20
